		<description>I totally agree. Employees need to be on board with the company&#039;s mission, what it stands for, and how it practices business. If the employees do not believe in the company and the brand, then there is a gap between the brand and the employees. Ethics plays a tremendous role in that. Thanks for the comment!</description>
