Get Involved…Help Out The Orangutans!

Thanks for visiting my blog. The focus of my blog is and has been for nearly the last year business development for the service industry. While that is the focus and mission of the blog, I also have a passion for giving back and for helping the environment as much as possible.

One of the causes that I work to promote is to help save the orangutans. I donate and continue to support the non-profit Orangutan Outreach based in New York City. One of my dreams is to visit the orangutans in Borneo. Living in Hawaii, I am much closer to Borneo and am planning for a trip at some point.

Unlikely Best Friends

When I first saw this video while I was on a business trip in Guam, it made me smile. What seemed to be only in the movies or in my imagination, I was seeing for real. An orangutan and a dog become best friends and spend their days going for walks, swimming in the river, running around in the backyard. It is pretty amazing to watch.
