That would be the next step, getting feedback from clients and customers to see if their perceptions, reactions, and experiences interacting with your company and brand match those that you are designing, subconsciously or consciously.</description>

Good post.  I also think a great way to see your business from a distance is getting feedback from your customers.  I have always been surprised when getting the view of my business from the customer point of view.
