My Story

The son of a landscape architect and a childrens librarian, Benjamin became fascinated with place making and storytelling at a young age. Early in his childhood, Benjamin was able to use his imagination to create environments with Lego as a medium to tell stories. He drew on inspiration from stories and places: movies and TV shows, books, the built and natural environment where he grew up.

He studied landscape architecture with an emphasis in international business and entrepreneurship at Washington State University and California State Polytechnic University Pomona.

The interaction between storytelling and place making became evident in his fields of study, ad he began to see those two worlds come together in business in the form of branding. A company becomes an environment for sharing its story through its brand.
