2Pac: Lost Prison Interview (1995)
I recently stumbled across a three part interview with rapper Tupac while he served jail time back in 1995. The thing that I love about Tupac is his passion and conviction for the music he makes and the message he wants to spread. He thought of himself as an ambassador, a representative of the black community who was on a mission to educate the world on what it meant to be to grow up as a young black kid in the ghetto in the United States. In this interview, he candidly shares his thoughts and views on a wide range of topics as well as delving into the meaning of the lyrics to some of his songs.
Your Focus Equals Your Reality
Has someone ever pointed out a specific make and model of a car to you? One that maybe you hadn’t paid attention to much, but as they were pointed out to you, you started to notice them more and more? Your mind is the same way. The majority of what you think about and do will become your reality. It is your focus. If you are not doing and thinking about what you want to be doing, it is time to make a change and switch your focus.

Earthquake + Tsunami Shake Japan
To everyone that has been affected by the earthquake and tsunami’s throughout the Pacific, you are in my thoughts. Hawaii was lucky to not receive as much damage as Japan, yet the harbor on O’ahu and businesses in Maui and on the Big Island have been flooded. I still can’t believe how quickly things developed in Japan.
